AI Voice Notes is a mobile application designed to simplify meeting recordings, voice transcriptions, and AI-powered summaries. The project focused on creating a clean and intuitive experience that allows users to record conversations, generate transcripts automatically, and organize important meeting insights in a fast and accessible way.
Alongside the interface design, the project also included a detailed Heuristic Analysis documentation process to evaluate usability, accessibility, interaction consistency, navigation clarity, and user flow improvements across the product experience.
The goal was to create an interface that felt modern, lightweight, intelligent, and productivity-focused while keeping the experience extremely simple for everyday users.
